This Business is actually an individual named troy thomas who works out of a small apartment. Problems began after he was paid $7500 to develop a web site for my business. Every time there was a problem with the site his explanation was that my computer does not work and the site was fine. Only after showing him the problem exist on 3 different computers was he "convinced" there was a problem and then fix the issue.
I also notice on his sites sorwin.com and hostrocks.com several of his links don't work and the ones that do are just links to other companies. Troy Thomas of sorwin.com also billed me $250 for some work and when i requested details such as the time spent doing the work he stated "With all due respect if they freak out over a website such as yours costing $330 (TOTAL) then I don't know what to say.
I welcome them to do the work themselves if they can do it cheaper, but for me it's simply not worth even booting up my computer for less". Troy later told me in person he did only 30 minutes work and the $250 bill was a penalty because I should have done it myself.
I hope no one does business with sorwin.com, hostrocks.com or Troy Thomas.
