I received my phone bill as usual and checking the bill I found I had been charged 14.95 for voice mail, I never signed up for. I called my phone company and was told a company named usprize.com had used my email account to charge on my phone bill. Don't understand how that was allowed to happened. I was told to call the 800 number associated with the charge and I did call the company. They assured me that I would be credited for the charge I will check back with my phone company in one week to see if that happened
