My computer had consistent problems and pop ups saying I was unprotected and needed this spyware. We were not able to do anything on the computer until the spyware was purchased, after receiving the statement, I was charged for 3 different items which I had not ok'd. I would like my money back but everytime I call, they cannot pull up my order by my phone number and I will not give them a credit card number again.
