I saw a similar report of an unauthorized charge by Flat Bed Fire on this website and I too had an unauthorized charge by this merchant dated 8/6/08. My credit card company is investigating it in their fraud department.
The card was compromised after making a purchase on itunes, and a similar incident happened with another credit card on my itunes account, so I believe my itunes account has been compromised. I contacted itunes for some additional help, but so far they just recommend changing the password.
I do not recommend storing a credit card on file with itunes since this is the second incident.
