Will not withdraw 300 dollar, don't answer mails, change rulls, closed account because i withdraw my winning internet

Everything was fine in the start, until i won. Then was everything wrong and they closed my account with 300 dollars. Ihave tryed to mail 5 times and got one back, where ther stod all is fine now and the account are open, but still closed. I think they fake people. I read a lot about and every site warning against 123bingo. They change the countrys how can play after who win the live surport just close down if you have some problems answer allways the samme giving incorrect info and more
