Netzero
$25 canceltion fee! Credit card fraud. Advice how to fight back and get your money from netzero Port Saint Lucie

I had net zero internet service for sometime as a back up other internet provider, then on 6/11/08 I called net zero to cancel their service which I was not using! At the time of cancellation it was not disclosed to me that there will be a charge of $25

I just learn about it by looking at my bank statement that they charged me $25. No mail nor email to notify me of such charges.

Okay what can you do about it???

Don't just complain here, know your right!

First write A complain letter California Attorney General's Office. It is his job to enforce the low in his state by going to http://caag. State.ca.Us

Second write a Complaint letter to the FBI internet fraud department, as this is one of the white color crime net zero president committing. Go to www.IC3. Gov

Do it now, we all have to do it!
