Recently my husband and I had discovered we had a virus on our computer. The virus took everything from us but in the process of all that we had a pop up about downloading an antispyware program Anti-spyware 2008 of such and so we thought ok we should download. We paid about $30 towards this and after all that we still ended up having trouble with our computer.
Our entire computer was wiped out by our virus we had so I deleted everything and basically put everything back to how it was when we first had the computer. It was like we just bought it..
So the week of (July 15) my husband looked at our bank account and noticed 3 different charges on our account in one day from Onebills.com. He asked me if i knew what it was and i said no never heard of it. So we both looked it up online and it brought us to the onebills.com website showing it was a customer service website but had no phone numbers to be contacted at and the email thing was total BS.
We ended up ignoring this which was very very very stupid of us just to find out again on July 21 the Onebills.com had taken more money out of our account in 3 different transactions. One was for 25.95,34.95 and 45.95 and the time before when we first noticed it was 25.95,34.95 and 49.95. Over 200 dollars was taken from us within a matter of days.
We thought to ourselves something is wrong so we looked onebills.com on google and we came across a bunch of complaints towards this company about being a total scam. We had no idea about this so we called our bank and canceled our cc and awaiting our money to be put back into our account.
Please Please everyone make sure you are downloading something that you know will be legit and if your not sure research it and pay attention to your account!!! I hope and pray these people get brought to justice because this is a total ripoff and scam!!
