Purportedly Trying to get personal information moodswingstudio.com/pix/paypals

Warning to others. Since I began to list a business on Craig's List I've been getting LOTS of spam emailings all trying to get me to give them personal information. I just dump 'em.

Today I received an especially egregious message, purportedly from PayPal warning me about an unauthorized transaction on my account. They want me to click a link called "Resolution Center" and confirm my identity by giving them my username and password. Only thing is, I don't have a PayPal account. The link goes to a site called http://moodswingstudio.com/pix/paypals/. Doesn't sound like PayPal to me.

What it does sound like is someone at that link is spamming Craig's List addresses trying to get people to give him/her/them their personal PayPal information so that they can go on a spending spree.

Clicking on the link I read "July 23rd: I'm getting lots of emails from angry folks about a phishing scam directing people back to my site at a bogus address. I'm very sorry to those that have received these phony emails and I'm working on a resolution!"

Maybe this answer is legit, maybe it's not.

I hate scammers!
