Somebody ordered a New Motorola V3 Pink Razr Razor Quad-Band Cell Phone. The e-mail confirmed it was paid for by credit card; to LWPELECTRONICS ([email protected]) $239.95 USD using PayPal.
The details are common among other complaints that people have reported, so I won't bore you with the rest of the details pertaining to the actual e-mail contents.
Most companies are reputable organizations, especially ones that are very common and have alot to lose from such bad publicity such as these sort of phishing e-mails.
So I contacted Paypal directly and forwarded the e-mail to their security team at [email protected], they replied immediately with:

If you have already done so, you should immediately log into your PayPal account and change your password, as well as your security questions and answers. We also recommend that you contact your bank and credit card company immediately.
