Hampton Essentials did the same to us. They charged our CC immediately, but did not ship the product or notify us with any information. They did not return our calls or emails requesting information.
Their website looks good and very legitimate, but if you read their return and cencellation policies you will see that there is no real way to respond to dissatisfaction or any way to get ahold of them. Their phone number does not get you a person, only to messages that hang up on you after they deliver their information. They do not respond to email either.
Don't be fooled by their nice-looking website or low prices.
