This company "Business Development Institute" CONTACTED US offering to place our website in the top 10 on 50 search engines including MSN, Yahoo and Google. We did everything they suggested, but after a year of calls, emails and letters, they still did not provide any results. We contacted the BBB in Las Vegas and found that we were not the only ones contacting them with complaints. The company responded to the BBB indicating they had a policy of no refund... No matter what.in otherwords, we got your money you are out of luck.
They SAY they have had excellent results with hundreds of other clients, but despite the fact that they sold us the service based on our being a real estate company, they could not provide ONE real estate client with success.
We paid this company over $2,000. What a ripoff. We would sue, but found that in order to collect we would have to have a judgment made in Las Vegas and the expense of sueing due to travel and legal fees would make it another loss to us.
