I have also been scammed by Ric Flemming. I paid him $489.00 last November to build a web site. He said that it would only be about 3-4 days. A week later still no web site. He kept putting me off saying that the web site will be done in 3-4 days. A month later I googled his name to discover my worst fear. Clearly I was just a another trusting soul who was scammed. I sure that he has done this to others. Its time for him to be stopped before he steals from anyone else.
