Last month we ordered a printer from www.superwarehouse.com, a konica printer, which was defective, we called them after two weeks requesting a return and a replacement for a new one, they told us that this item was only returnable through the manufacturer, and that the manufacturer will uphold the replacement. We then called konica which told us that the printer was only returnable through superwarehouse. We then called superwarehouse again, spoke to another rep who again told us to call konica. So we called konica, and again were sent back to superwarehouse.
By this time it was already 30 days, so when we called superwarehouse for the last time, they claimed it was now past their 30 day return policy.
In the end, they refused to take back the printer or credit us, and after reading through there terms and conditions there is no where which states that konica printers aren't returnable.
