Although this happened 3 years ago, I just discovered the complaint service, so it is worthwhile to help others save their money instead of being scammed and robbed.
Transaction happened online via an online auction sale. I paid for a Xerox Phaser 850 Printer, listed in great condition. Printer never showed up.
The UPS people showed that a printer had been picked up from DB Entertainment, but they could not account for the package... It was never delivered. I requested a refund. DB Entertainment received a check for the amount of the printer from UPS. At that point, DB Entertainment had my money AND the UPS Settlement check.
The matter went to the eBay arbitration and DB Entertainment reported that the matter had been resolved. The arbitrator closed the case and sent me the report that there was no further action necessary. I was a bit surprised since I had not been conferred with prior to the case being closed on DB Entertainment's Say-So.
They wouldn't return my calls. I left several messages. When I did speak with someone, the "person I needed to speak with" was not available because of "issues with his mother's health." It went on and on... I never got my refund. It's one of those cases where it would have cost more to pursue it in court than to eat the $600, so they were able to get away with it. I was in North Carolina, they were in Wisconsin.
I still have the file folder with all of the details, the check number of the settlement that DB Entertainment received when they filed for the loss of the package, etc. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but my report was apparently just one more complaint on the heap...
SO, if you value your money, and you want to avoid hassles or the feeling of getting violated by a company that I feel is "unethical and shady", buyer beware when dealing with these guys.

Although they work with Pool Table Felt, Billiard Accessories And Home Soda Dispensers And Fountains, my complaint is about the printer mentioned above...
Be careful out there... It doesn't matter whether it's pool sticks or printers if someone wants to steal your money. Be sure to check out the company before you buy, and be careful about ANYTHING mail ordered or bought online.
