Beware of ADS Pool Tech, Bill Melton, and his girlfriend/business partner Kyrstie. After paying them $2000 in advance for a new pool table, the one they delivered had cosmetic defects. They set it up for me to use as a "loaner" until the new one was to be delivered 3 weeks later.
One month later, they still had not contacted me. Calling them, Bill said that there was a delay in shipment, and it would be another month. 1 month turned into 2 months. Finally after over 3 months, they said that the new table was in, but they would have to take away the "loaner" table before setting the new one up.
They came and dismantled the "loaner" and that was the last time I have ever seen them. Most of my phone calls would go unanswered. The times I was able to talk to them, Bill would give one excuse after another. He set up 3 times to deliver the table, but he never showed up.
Now, their phone number is disconnected, and the website is not open. Bill and ADS Pool Table Tech have stolen my $ since he never delivered and set up my new pool table.
