I signed up for hosting service for 1 year with M6.net and was initially happy with their service. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that my website was losing a lot of functionality. I could no longer access files that were in my site, and a lot of features would not work. I contacted their customer service and found out they installed some new software on their servers that was causing problems (at their users expense). It had been over two weeks and nothing has been done to fix them. Also, many files which I had worked long and hard on and stored on my site were completely missing; I reported this and never received a response.
After this I decided I would like to cancel my service and request a refund for the months that I had already paid for. Now I understand that their refund policy states no refunds; but since I was not provided the service that I paid for, I believe that one was not out of the question. We are not talking a fortune here, under $100. I was told that no refund would be given without a satisfactory explanation.
I feel that the being ignored on a lot of my service requests and being denied a legitimate refund warrants a complaint.

I read the refund policy and I understand I can cancel any time, but from what I understand I will get no money back. I feel, that since I have not been provided the service I signed up for that I should get all 'un-used' months paid back to me. Do you feel this is fair?

If we gave refunds in this way then there would be no reason for our clients to sign up for monthly billing as they could just cancel and receive their remaining credit anyway. As our monthly packages are at a higher per month price point than our yearly and two yearly packages this would render our pricing system useless. We apologize for the personal inconvenience this may cause.
