WE SweetEar Company performed SharePoint services for Microsoft (made us act like Microsoft employee even though this was a 1099). Customer was City of Charlotte. After performing assessment of the city's migration from CMS 2001 system to MOSS SharePoint 2007. I. T person Les Morrison calls up Microsoft and takes us off the project with no written notice, reason, jsut breaking the contract. Then since client City of Charlotte refuese to pay microsoft which in turn Microsoft pays us (after they marked up the price to the city) Microsoft refuses to pay for us becuase client chooses another person.
Performed documented work for 32 hours. Expect to get paid for it no what Microosft customer service policy is - Client City of Charlotte just likes to try on Prom dresses then return them getting there full money back with expecting to to pay anything is bas karma.'
Help me put an end to small business I.T. Companies getting screwed by big consulting firms and dead beat clients not wanting to pay for services performed.
