JESS BROWN 321 Electronics ripoff-selling 1 G Samsung/Kinsto SRDRAM E-BAY ripoff fraud business

This person was selling 1G RDRAM MemoryKits on E-Bay late October using seller's name "melsoner". After I won auction and send M.O. Via USPS to initial name "Jess Brown" at 4638 Mission Beach Blvd. San Diego, Ca. 858-490-2271 (now disconnected), I received several E-mails rom other bidders who were very concerned over low prices-$289 including $9.00 shipping for Kingston or Samsung ECC Memory.

I tried telephoning #, disconnected. E-Bay then suspends user. I kept E-mailing and finally received PC 133 memory that would not fit my dell 8100 as described. Within the memory letter was return form to fill out now 321 Electronics at 512 Hilda Road, San Diego ca. 92110 619-275-1725-Returned memory signed by P Pirannia (ha ha), E-mailed Jess brown who stated refund would be mailed. No refund I have filed complaint with IPCC, US Postal Inspectors, will file with San Diego Police.
If it is true good to be true, it is just that. E-bay less than helpful, policy wait 20 days even after suspending account.
