I started playing NetWinner in Dec. 2006 by someone referring me to their site. They advertise on their home page "You play, We pay."
At one time they did pay within 60 days, then they stopped, but kept telling the players to keep playing and clicking on their advertisments and that they were behind on paying, so it would be 90 days before they could pay—but still sent e-mails stating they would pay in 60 days. Still no payments were made.
They did away with giftcards that they offered when you had 25,000 or more points and replaced them with E-count Cards (MasterCard Debit Cards). Then they kept saying it was the fault of the E-count cards, but to be patient as they would be paying soon. Still no payment.
Then they said they moved to another location, but to be patient, and keep playing their game and clicking on advertisments and payment would be caught up within a few weeks.
They owe me a total of $250.00 and my husband a total of $75.00 to be re-loaded on our E-cards starting with 12/22/07 through 3/11/08. No payment has been made to either of us even though we received an email from NetWinner confirming our Ecount Cash on the dates we requested it.
We received an email from NetWinner on May 12 stating they will no longer pay us with Ecount Cash (after promising for over 5 1/2 months we would be paid, just have patience), instead they took and converted our cash back into points and they said we can enter our points into a Raffle and take a chance of winning a raffle!
Their tactic's are totally unacceptable to us and we want our cash that we have earned through playing their games and clicking on their advertisments. They could care less and they have given their partner site employee's and others 50% raises. They have changed their TOS over and over to suit what they want to do week by week.
Beware of all the deception and stay away from NetWinner. We understand it is even illegal in the state of NC to have raffles.
