I cancelled subcription but still have been charged Uk

I have just noticed that a payment of 2.99 as came out of my bank i have cancelled my subcription with iponsupplier and spoke to my bank they is nothing thay can do about the payment i cant even find the site so i can contact them myself and cancelle it once again and cancell my debit card wot can i do
