I wrote to Dr. Mike Philips about a pressing problem in April 08. He answered asking me to send personal info. And a pic. And the cost. I sent him by western union $500 for 4 charms plus $100 for DHL service.
On April 19th he replied and said he had received the money it would take 7 days to prepare and 3 -4 days for me to get my order by DHL. I have called DHL since but they have no record of anything sent from Gambia
I have sent about 4 e-mail since and have got no replies and he has totally disappeared.
I remember very clearly where he says on his web "Our clients trust us and we trust them." but ; I have been duped by someone who I didt even know but totally trusted.
