I contracted with this individudal, (Danny Mcgee) to build me two cheapie computers. He delivered them and received payment.
Less than two weeks later the one for the shop crashed, costing me approximately $3000 in replacement and programming fees.
The one he built for my wife for home use didn't work when we got it home. He kept promising to take care of the problems, never happened.
In trying to recoup my funds, I discovered that he ran my checks through his Mommie's account, charged sales tax, and didn't have resale permit, (according to the State of Texas.
He has no assets in his name, consequently, no recourse.
This person is a charlatan from the word go.
