"Alexander" Linn Boyd has created this Libel against the Ghalamdancthi family in response to being legally serviced on February 7th. I have been in contact with the Ghalamdancthi family, which this Mr. Linn Boyd is personally attacking and seen overmounding evidence against this "Linn Boyd".
Do NOT trust this man, he will earn your trust by providing INSTANT communcation/customer service before you are a customer/client of his. He will respond to your phone calls and emails within minutes before you are a client, however once he gets you in his facility and your equipment is locked away, you will probably NEVER see it again.
Linn Boyd will negotiate with you to meet your needs (trick you into believing YOUR equipment is safe and secure and still belongs to you) and false promises he never intends to keep just to get you into his facility. Linn Boyd will make a deal/arrangement/agreement with you, you provide services for him, and he will trade his electricty and bandwidth services for you, he will take take take from you, and then steal your equipment and SUE YOU.
His support/customer service will decline THE MOMENT he has you in his Zogmo datacenter, he will make written email and oral agreements with you and break them AT HIS CHOICE OF TIME, WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION, create/fabricate/falsify ENTIRELY fictional bills without ONE document of evidence to back it up.
Linn Boyd will refuse to define/prove/explain ANY of the charges on this ficitonal bill, he will then refuse to communicate with you, inform you to speak to his lawyer (AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE HIS LAWYERS CONTACT NAME OR INFORATION). He will force you to take him to court, delay EVERY second that he can and in fact reply to the court AFTER defined Deadlines.
Linn Boyd will then ATTEMPT to counter sue you just to dismiss the case before it gets to a judge (which is impossible) and delay the case even further. He is WELL aware that the moment this case gets infront of a judge,
he will be in a serious amount of trouble for his Deceitful actions/business practices.
Mr. Linn Boyd is a well known thief and has SEVERAL claims/reports opened against him for ripping people off over the past several years. Linn Boyd has stolen $15,000 worth of very expensive server equipment property from this family. He has blackmaled this family by stealing their rightful property. He will (very possibily) steal your data/business, wipe your hard drives (fact), and rent out your equipment (fact), ALL without your consent or approval. During this duration, he even will CHARGE YOU STORAGE FEE'S AND INTEREST for YOUR servers he REFUSES to allow you to pickup. Linn boyd will even go as far, to THREATEN and actually going to a collection agency and ATTEMPTING to attack your PERSONAL credit with an ENTIRELY fictional bill. He continues to blackmale you, by saying if you do NOT pay this bill (the fictional one, remember, the one that has no basis), he will RUIN your credit score for the rest of your life.
The Ghalamdancthi family has already opened suit against Linn Boyd back on January 7th you may look up the case in the Harris County DISTRICT COURT downtown at 201 Caroline (intersection of Caroline and Fanin / Sanjacinto area). Linn Boyd was legally served on February 7th, which the Harris County District Court also has a RECEIPT FILED on that date from the server.
Harris County, District Court Case/Cause # is 00535 to Verify for yourself. This piece of scum/trash Linn Boyd has overwelming evidence against him and is very desperate, left with no other choice he has decided to create fictional claims with NO evidence or basis to harm this family's business. Linn Boyd will call your family's personal place of residence and harrass/threaten over the phone in a very forceful agressing tone and threaten "THEY ARE COMING FOR YOU".
This is legally called/defined as "Libel" and the 3 members of the Ghalamdancthi Family that Mr. Linn Boyd has malicously attacked will be suing Mr. Linn Boyd in Criminal Courts for defamation and entirely FALSE harmful statements and quite simply will be earning large damages from this Liar, Linn Boyd. This Ghalamdancthi family has very high moral code and a very honest people. Mr. Linn Boyd has ABSOLUTELY no real estate transactions/dealings with this family which makes this undeniable Libel directed at the family only meant to cause harm.
Meanwhile, the damages amount will just keep increasing until this case is ruled in the Ghalamdancthi's favor by the judge.
