A person using the name Karen Motschall charged me for custom made luggage tags and a Western Grooming Storage Briefcase. The products were advertised on Ebay and I paid for them with paypal. She stalled me past the allowed complaint dates by saying that the items were returned through the post office and she would resend them. Items never arrived and she stopped answering emails from me. Now the email address does not work ([email protected]). Paypal says it's too late for them to help me. So she got $78.50 USD and sent me nothing.
My advice to you is don't let anyone stall you past the dates that paypal has in place. File a complaint right away and don't fall for people being extremely freindly as she was. She sent several very freindly emails keeping in close contact until the date was past.
