All I tried to do is cancel the auto billing cycle so I don't get charge again. They canceled and deleted my password membership and I can't even use the rest of the day I have coming (23). They should be forced to reimburse all memberships based on a prorated amount. Naturally, there is no phone number to call and complain about and all you can do is send the a message. The response is always the same, "24/48" hours till they answer; well its been 5 days and no response has yet to be made, after six attempts to complain. The FTC needs to revoke the.com license.
