This company is a scam. Do not deal with them or sign up with them. I had originally started my website project back on December 14 and did my research on that company online before signing up and suprisingly, did not find one thing about them and figured they were fine. They had a porfolio section of all the different types of websites they have created and they all looked very good. I then called them up and agreed to have them start working on my website. They told me I either have to pay it in full which was close to $3000 or pay $500 deposit and they will start working on it and then after half way through it, they would charge me the remaining amount.
It was odd to me that everytime I called them, everyone all sounded the same. They all had an accent like they were from another country and when I would ask to talk to a specific person, they would transfer me and the lady would sound the same. Everything was going on track, they were working and doing what I was telling them for the first week. After that, I would go back and they would not respond. I would call them, they would give me the run around saying the person "in charge" of my website was not in and they would call me back. No phone call, no response.
Finally they accomplished about 40% of my website which took them FOUR months to do!!! I told them I need them to speed it up a bit and they told me that in order for them to complete the remaining part, they need me to pay the rest of the money. I did so and ever since then, they have been ignoring me! They do not answer my calls, their phone just keeps ringing, they do not respond on the admin control panel, they do not call me back as they said they would do!
These are professional scammers. Mark Anderson which is supposedly their "Senior Programmer" is the only one out of everyone that actually speaks perfect english. He is a true con artist and is sooo convincing when you talk to him.
I have a family with two small children and it took me 8 months to save up that money to start my website business. I cannot believe that I have been scammed and will no longer see the money that I worked so hard for which could have gone to my family instead of some scam schmuck thief!!! I am trying to work with a lawyer on this case and see if anything can be done. It is also hard because who even knows that the address and phone number they went by is even legit.
Please beware of this so called "Imagination. Ms". I have read that they also go under other aliases, all of this information is just coming up now. They might change their alias again after this since there are a few victims that have already posted about them!!!
