I signed up for one website and was required up uncheck a box to keep from getting another website. I unchecked the box and gave all needed info. This company was debiting my checking account without my knowledge and because of this I was charged for overdrafts.
I called customer service about the problem and they basically told me I was out of luck. I told her I was sure I was not the only one they did this too. The supervisor basically said to go f& myself, but not in so many words. I tried to get them to just credit me the same amount of time on the site I was using but she said no. This has cost me about $450.00
