I am writing to report a suspected rip-off. I received an email from an egroup member. It concerned a work from home. Paid ad typists. The employment is open worldwide.
Initially I ignored that email. I also searched usacomplaints.com but did not find anything negative. I went back to the website to take another look. I was prepared to sign up for the following reasons:
1. Paid twice a week by the company - Paid Response Inc.
2. It was presented as an employment - NOT a business opportunity
3. The rates of payment and terms seemed fair enough.
However to sign up and lock ones employment position with the company, I would have to pay US$59.99! It was also alleged the price is a one-time offer as US$59.99 is a 20% discount.
What I would like to know, is that why should anyone have to pay for employment? Also is there anyone out there who is an employee of this company? By that, I mean an ad typist? Have you been paid?
