Refused to send me a new password after I paid for my web hosting account two years in advance

I renewed by hosting account for my domain, (MyPlasticurgeryReview.com), today and tried to log into the control panel. I explained to him that I had a new email address due to a move and would need my password sent to me via email. He requested my old credit card number to verify my account which I did not have (last summer I was a victim of identity theft and had to cancel all my credit cards and get new numbers). Credit card numbers are a very poor way to verify identity since they can be stolen. I offered to tell him my old billing address as a way to verify my account, which he refused. He demanded that I fax him a copy of my drivers license which I felt uncomfortable doing, because I am already being a victim of identity theft.

Now, despite paying two years in advance for my webhosting, I cannot login into the control panel that allows me to configure my account. Thanks pair!
