Ulcwebdesign.com fraudulently charged my credit card for $11.89. Same thing was done to me by another company called mvwebtemplates.com (aka Murphy Ventures) out of Atlanta two weeks prior - same amount, same BS e-mail response to my inquiry.
Both sites are now gone, but they were identical when they were up.
Complained to the Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney, who referred me to the Georgia Governor's Office for Consumer Affairs. No response from them.
