Lip Service But No Action Form Automated Internet Group / UBS Automated Internet Group / UBS / BANK CARD EMPIRE Charged $10,000 with no return on my money, promise to fix the problem but just lies

As I reported in December, I "invested" $10,000 with Automated internet group/UBS in July 07. I have seen $6.57 in referal fees since then. I have talked to Mike Green and Jason Ullrich who both "promise" to fix the problem and get me a refund but these are the most illusive and evasive people I have ever been in contact or tried to be in contact with. Mike Green promises to call beack and dosen't. I speak to his boss Jason Ullrich who assures me "he will call you back if I have to stand behind him when he makes the call". Guess what, no call. I finally had to make myself a big pain in the ass by calling every 2 seconds and when i was told Jason or Mike were not available, hang up and call right back as many times as it took to speak to either one of these "fine gentleman". I spoke to Jason Ullrich who came right out and told me (of course he will probably say he never said this) that "some of the sales people tend to embellish" when they are describing the program. I was also told "you have to treat this like the stock market, expect the return on your money to be 3 to 5 years". Seems my salesperson just happend to leave this part out of his sales ptich. Every time I do get Jason Ullrich, he tells me he needs to work it out with accounting. This obviously must take months because i get this same answer everytime. I called today 2/28/08, spoke to Richard and asked if i could speak to Shelia. He informed me he did not know where she was and must have left her desk for "just a minute". He knew this because his desk was right in front of Shelia's. I hung up and called right back, got someone in customer service and they said Shelia was on another call and would be with me shortly. It was only about 30 seconds form the time Richard said she was away from here desk but the Customer rep. Said she WAS at her desk on the phone. No one seems to tell the truth or they tell you what they think you want to hear. I aksed about the last names of some reps i had spoken with and was also told by a customer service rep they don't know the last names of their co-workers and were lucky if they knew the first names. I have been promised "no matter what I will call you back today" and every time i fall for it, wait hours and NO ONE CALLS. They have to get back to me because Les who I guess owns the company, was stuck in traffic". The excuses just keep on comming. AIG is part of Bank Card Empire. I am going to do more research on them and report back. Up til now it's the same old crap, just a bigger pile from these people everyday.
