I bought a Visioneer scanner. It is not working. I politely contacted Visioneer but their rude response after a short discussion was, "I... Will not respond to any further emails." Visioneer refuses to do anything about it. The scanner is only about a year or two old. It is rarely used. It is even kept in it's original box with all its contents. Customers should not have to buy a new scanner every year... That's ridiculous! When I asked for Visioneer's address to file a BBB complaint, I was completely ignored by the representative.
