I signed up for surveys at home. Paid $2.95. The quality f the service was not up to par. I requested my money back and to cancel my account. I recieved an email stating that was fine and they refunded my $2.95. On the same day i was charged an unauthorized 39.95. And now the bank says they cant help me cause my paper work i submitted never showed up. So its up to me to get back this unauthorized charge.
