In March we paid this company $5,000 to send out i million email campaign blasts. They did not drop the amount they said and they also sent the emails out to IP addresses that they obtained from sweepstakes. After implying what they had done they promised and guarenteed us another 1 million email campaign blasts plus an extra 500,000 to make up for the problem with the original blasts so we paid them another $5,000 in August and once again the same thing happened. We have been trying to talk to them and get this situation resolved. Our company feels we should be refunded the full amount due to their false guarentees. We have researched other companies that have had the same problem with this company and have found many. We have again tried to get hold of them and have not heard back.
