At makemyincomeathome.com Ripped Off $197 Of My Hard Earned Money

This morning I received an email advertising a work at home program. I never open unsolicited spam mail, but the email from Angela Penbrook's had a very convincing story. So convincing that I clicked on an imbedded link which connected me to www.makemyincomeathome.com. My desire to find a way to earn more income combined with what seemed to be an interesting way to achieve that goal prompted me to trust Angela's story and the description of the work at home business opportunity she was offering. Besides that she was offering an iron clad 90 day money back guarantee of satisfaction. What did I have to lose? Well, I found out very quickly. The first form that needed to be completed was credit card information. After clicking on the button to advance to the next screen, there was no message or confirmation of payment. The second form requested very personal information that I did not feel comfortable giving out over the internet. Questions regarding current job position, salary, etc. After scanning the questions on the second form, a red flag went up and I became very uncomfortable. My gut told me that this was a scam. I clicked the back button and then signed off of the website. Because I did not complete the process, and I did not receive a confirmation of the credit card submission, I thought that I had just saved myself some grief. Then, that feeling again came to my gut... I quickly signed on to my bank on-line, and within seconds there was a charge for $197 being posted against my account. I have no contact information for this company to request my refund.in fact, I did not receive the downloads of the information that was promised. After some Googling, I am now finding that even if I had received the information, it is not at all what was described in her advertisement. I quickly made a trip to my credit union, but was unable to stop the transaction. I now have to wait until they get their crooked hands on my money, before my bank can dispute the charge. My fear is that if the company is a scam, I may never see my money again.
