Took money more than told out of account Internet

I had a ebay click to cash website come up to buy a book on how to build a business and to purchase it for only $1.99
I went through with it, I still have not received anything and have had several large payments come out of my account since then.

I really just want my money back and to cancel this thing that I didnt sign up for.
