Withdrew money from my checking account without my knowledge West Palm Beach Florida

I did give anyone from this company permission to access my bank account. I do not need Id protection because I check my credit report on an annual basis. They did this without my permission and when i called there 888 number I got a recording and then was told to leave a message.
