Charged my account $7.95 on 12/27/07 and don't know them or okayed that transaction plus charged a $35.00 nsf charge

I was charged $7.95 by Networkagenda.Co on 12/27 against my bank account as a debit transaction. I did not authorized this charge and I honestly don't know or have heard of this company until I tried to to find out who they were. Plus it added a nsf charge of 35.00 on my account.
