Non-receipt of goods!

I placed an order with this company two months ago and still haven't received my order. I have tried contacting them with there live chat and just get empty promises. They charge your credit card straight away and don't delivery. Buyers beware of DVD Donkey. I have reported my case to the internet crimes unit at the FBI, if you are in the same boat, then this might be an option for you too.
