Adaptive Marketing unauthorized bank drafts after a purchse from vista print Internet

I made a purchase from Vista Print of business cards and authorized that purchase and shipping charge only, but my information was given to the Business -Max company without my knowledge or consent and they have been charging me 14.95 a month for nothing!

I've filled a fraud complaint with my bank.
Business-Max is owned by Adaptive Marketing, llc They are Thieves!
I NEVER authorized this billing / payment and they have taken over $100 from my account! This is Fraud!
