Stole money from my bank account. No way to contact them.internet

When balancing my checkbook I noticed an internet purchase from Grant Funding Network in the amount of $39.95. When I checked my email i also found a receipt for purchase in the same amount. I attempted to respond to their email, but was unable to contact them.
