Charged my debit card without my agreement

I found a 19.95 charge from this company charged to my debit card. I have not been able to find anything about them.
The internet address lets you cruz it, however there is no information about the company or any contact information in it.
If any one can find out how to contact them I would like to know how, and how they got my information.
