Toll Free Max a/k/a Value800 has had my 800# forwarded to someone else and won't return my calls or emails regarding this matter. I did speak with a rep that had no idea what I was talking about after explaining the issue over 10x. I pay a monthly fee for a # that I obviously can't use and more important I am a business and my customers are calling somewhere else. I have sent emails to every department listed on their website with still NO response after 2wks. I would highly suggest using a different company that actually has customer service reps to help with problems and/or errors.
