Took a couple hundred dollars out of account

I have no idea how this company got my debit card. We just realized today that they have been withdrawing anywhere from $. 97 to $50 about every week. It appears that they use all different company names when they take the money. They are also sending DVD's. No phone numbers work. I had to cancel the card so they cannot use it anymore.
