Ordered Jem and the Holograms Dvd, Did not recive the Dvd But Got Charged for it

I ordered the Jem and the holograms Dvd, on the 4th of November, and i have not recived it, it is now the 10th of December. I have clearly thrown $70 down the Bog. TheDVDPlanet.org is the biggest rip off i have ever come across.

The DVD Planet.org Scammed by the DVD Planet! Ordered a christmas gift, promised delivery, sent us a reply stating it was emailed to the wrong address and to expect it in a couple of days - They took our money and never fulfilled the order!
