They sent me an sba cd. It arrived broken. I notified them of the problem and told them i didn't not wish to have a replacement. I asked them to make sure they did not charge my credit card. They said it would not happen. Charges have been showing up on my statement since june of this year. I have call twice to get his corrected, but to this date it's still happening.
