SPECTRUMCTV is not responding to a debt they owe. Calls are not answered. Even if a selection is made for support, you get voice mail. Now perhaps they have caller id therefore pick and choose calls to answer. Regardless, I would strongly recommend not investing your money and phone line (s) over to this company who in all likelihood will not be around much longer.
