THS International appears to the name used for this companies Paypal account. Under that umbrella are many sites all claiming to sell mmo services, gold, leveling, etc. Among these are

I have placed orders with each of the sites above at one point or another, some were for gold, some were for leveling services. Each time, I got ripped off. Of course I did not realize they were all the same site until after I had been jacked.
They sell you services, but do not deliver. Their power leveling service claims not so use bots, but they do. I had an accoun t get banned because of this and they had nothign to say except for, "give us another account and we will finish your order."
Filing a complaint with paypal does no good. They claim virtual goods were delivered and paypal washes their hands with it. I find it hard to believe that paypal would let them continue to operate like this when I know mulitple people have reported their poor business practices/theft.
At the end of the day, all you can do is file a complaint with your credit card company to recover your funds.
I spent the course of a month at one poin t going back and forth with THS International to try and recover my money. Their responses will tell you in poor broken English to contact a particular address or talk to them via live chat. Nobody monitors the live chat however and the email address you send to rarely responds.
Buyer beware!!! Stay away from any MMO site which is connected to THS International.
