Took 200 Dollars for on line buisness and nothing happened except for a generic website Internet

I signed up for the on line business, for a cost of $200 then they started high pressure sales tactics to get $400 for web advertising which I declined My brother bought an item off Amazon which was part of the web site for $250aprox, but I never recieved any of the commission promised.
