Rip Off Artist, they took my money and I didn't get the products

I placed an order with bestindoortanninglotion.com on 10/30/07, and have never received the products I ordered. I have tried several time to log on to their web site, but all it says is the website is having technical difficulties. This Comany id nothing but a RIP OFF! Don't order anything from them.
